SHIPPING POLICY

We offer delivery every day of the week from 11:00 AM to midnight including the National Holiday. Our standard delivery charge is only 30 AED and the express delivery charge is only 60 AED. We also provide free delivery all over UAE (without express delivery) for those who purchase above 350 AED. 

Special Notice: Customers are informed that the delivery schedule may change due to bad weather and accidents.

Our Delivery policy Information City wise:

DUBAI : 
# Same Day Delivery within an hour to get Business Bay, Downtown, City Walk, Dubai Creek, DIFC, Tread Center, Festival City, NAD al hamar, NAD al Sheba, International City, Silicon oasis, The Villa, Sky Court,  Mirdif, Al Khawaneej, Ras al khor, Maydan, International city, & within 2 to 3 hours to get other place like Palm Jumeirah, Marina, Jebel Ali, Dubai South, DIP, Deira Dubai, Bar Dubai etc for Place orders between 10:00 AM and 9:00 pm, And orders after 9pm will be delivered the next day.

Sharjah & Ajman : 
# Same Day Delivery within 2 to 3 hours the whole Sharjah & Ajman city placed Orders Morning 10am to evening 9pm.

Abu-Dhabi & Al-Ain : 
# Same day delivery is between 6 and 10 hours when you placed an order between 8 Am and 12 Pm, and placed the order after 12 pm delivered the next day.

Ras-al-khaimah, Fujairah & Umm-Al-Quwain :
# We provide next day delivery only in these three cities, but if any customer wants same day delivery, please contact us on our WhatsApp number. 

WARNING

Warning: Under no circumstances will deliveries be made to customers under 18 years of age, If you are under 18 if the person engaged in delivery work such as delivery bike rider or car driver, you must present proof of age (ID or passport) to the delivery man, otherwise your delivery will be canceled and you pay the delivery charge but order will be handed no back to you.
